brought my 2009 Nightrain in this past Friday for it's annual inspection. While waiting for the service to be done was browsing the showroom floor. DJ and I struck up a conversation and I told him my bike was for sale, he asked what I wanted for it and after I told him he said he would give me that amount in trade. I then purchased a 2012 Road Glide Ultra that was in the showroom. DJ was great, got me a good interest rate and my payments were actually lower on the new bike than what I had been paying on the Nightrain. Steel city is by far the best experiance I have had at a dealership. I have been looking for a long time to up grade to a harley and the staff really made me feel at ease with investment I was about to make. The sales and financing staff were a joy to work with. We attended the Steel City Harley Women's Garage Party 2012 as a mother/daughter outing for Mother's Day. We enjoyed the evening that was jammed packed full of information and fun. The Harley staff out did themselves with the preparations. You are all outstanding! We were very impressed. I would recommend this event to all ladies. Just bought a 2005 Sportster Custom, as i hadn't been onna bike since Reagan was in office. The whole Steel City team deserves kudos. You know how to judge Dealership Service when you’re stuck, away from home, with a problem your owners manual really doesn’t give a clue on how to fix.
After a phone call to service and wanting to speak to Eric about this situation, who do I get, but the General Manager. Once I told Pokey about the security system problem, and that it wouldn’t turn off, and able to start my bike, he told to hold on. Next I had Pokey and Eric on speaker phone with their shop manual walking me through the steps to disarm the system.
Once it finally came off and the bike was able to run again, I phoned back to thank the crew. After switching batteries in the key fobs, and working with owner’s manual, what started out to be 40 minutes of frustration, ended with a 10 minute phone call and the cure!
Now that defines not only service but Customer Service! Thanks guys…appreciate the help!

I went through Nick Crear on my purchase of a 2011 Ultra. I am still very pleased with the way Nick presented himself with his knowledge of your product and the way he kept communications with me when there was a problem with the bike. He also went far and beyond to make a customer satisfied by getting the problem corrected, that was fault by the factory. I couldnt be any more pleased with Steel City, but it takes salesman like Nicholas Crear to make your place top class!!!!!

"I have always wanted a harley but because of my size, I am only 5'6" I thought I could never ride one. I was on SCHD website daydreaming and saw the bike of my dreams, a sportster. I got the nerve and called and got Brandon. He answered all my questions and asked me to come in and take a look at it, so I did and Brandon and Betty helped me ride off on my sportster. Thanks for making my dream become a reality. From Sales to financing it was a great experience. Plus Kacey was a big help in selecting gloves, helmets, etc...
